Shipping policy

Each piece from Eunique Art is carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you. Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, allowing time for thoughtful packing and preparation.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be charged by your local authorities upon arrival. These fees are determined by your country and are not included in your order total. They remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier conditions. While we always hope your package arrives smoothly and promptly, some delays are beyond our control.

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We cannot take responsibility for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or theft. However, if anything goes wrong, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to support you and assist with carrier claims where possible.

Occasionally, customs or logistics issues may result in a package being returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping costs may apply.
